Ensure your items are in new, unwashed condition with all original tags attached and footwear is in its original box.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your volleyball gear, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
